Which materials can I choose?
The collection includes Japanese Shantung 3bu and 5bu, and fine woven styles. Use the material filter and check each hat's product specifications.
Can I personalize the hat and reshape the brim?
Select initials engraving, hatbands and feathers on each hat’s product page before the add-to-cart button. Japanese Shantung 3bu and 5bu models also offer brim shaping. Brim modifications are not available for fine-weave hats.
Do all hats have the same interior?
Interiors vary by style. Sinaloa Verano has a synthetic sweatband; Carín León and the Shantung line list goatskin leather. Check the product page of the hat you choose.
What comes with my hat?
The styles in this collection include a hat box and dust bag, according to their product pages.
How do shipping, exchanges and installments work?
Free Mexico shipping on orders of MXN $2,500+. Free size exchanges are subject to our exchange policy; hats with engraved initials cannot be exchanged for another size. Interest-free installments depend on your card and the options available at checkout. Check each design and material’s preparation time on the product page before ordering.
